Birthday Girl Madhuri Dixit To Produce An International TV Series Based On Her Life.

Our very own Dhak-Dhak girl and the eternal beauty of Bollywood turns a year older today. We are in love with her dance, movies, and phenomenal acting on the silver screen for decades now, but the actress is nowadays seen in TV projects as well. From famous reality dance shows like ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ to ‘So You Think You Can Dance’, Madhuri is seen spreading her magic and charm on the small screen too.

Apart from Madhuri’s various upcoming Indian TV shows, the actress has also collaborated with Bollywood actress and Quantico star Priyanka Chopra for a comedy TV series based on her life. The show is said to be written by Sri Rao, who has earlier penned the iconic TV show General Hospital: Night Shift.

The project tends to revolve around the life of a Bollywood star who is married into a bi-cultural family and settles down in the suburbs of USA. The character of the Bollywood actress will be modelled on Madhuri.

While speaking on the progress of the show, here’s what Madhuri had to say:

“TV is a funny medium, it takes time for things to happen. The script is being developed, the rest is work in progress. Let’s see where it goes.”

We are definitely excited to see Madhuri’s life come alive on International TV real soon. What about you?
