Aditi Rao Hydari Sizzles On Vogue India’s First Ever Magazine Shoot Done On A Phone!

Aditi Rao Hydari is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful actresses that our Bollywood Industry is blessed with. And no darn one on earth can simply deny that her beauty, charm, and phenomenal acting in Padmaavat had made us fall head over heels in love with her.

After being praised by millions around the world for her role in the blockbuster hit Padmaavat, Aditi is now gracing and ruling over our hearts with her latest cover for Vogue India’s May 2018 edition.

Now looking at her sizzle in the above picture you must have thought of it as any other picture which would have been shot on a super expensive and bulky camera, right?

However, let us tell you that you are certainly wrong on that point. Believe it or not, but that very cover image of the issue has been shot on the OnePlus 6! Yes, that’s absolutely correct.

The fact that whole shoot is done on a smartphone and not on a camera, it makes this particular issue of Vogue India magazine the first ever Indian magazine’s cover that has been shot using a phone.

Styled by Vogue India’s Fashion Director, Anaita Shroff Adajania, Aditi is seen in a striking spring ensemble. Just like any other professional camera would do, Aditi’s picture-perfect and gorgeous face was captured beautifully by the smartphone.

Photographer Errikos Andreou said, “As professionals, we are used to having chunky heavy cameras to shoot for assignments. So, the biggest advantage of shooting with a smartphone is the convenient size of the device and the resulting ease of portability. Also, the phone monitor with its large resolution is a great guide for image taking. You are looking at the photo before you even take it.”

Andreou further added, “For the cover shot, we opted for naturally lit photos, using bouncers to manipulate the light. The OnePlus 6 offers a ‘pro’ option of shooting in ‘raw’ which is a photo file with added information that allows you to modify images once they are captured and alter aspects like light, warmth, brightness, contrast, color, etc; much like the file of a professional camera.”

The oh-so-gorgeous actress and the star of the cover shoot, Aditi Rao Hydari said, “This cover proves how our phones are multitasking super machines. And it’s the first in India so congratulations to the amazing team of Vogue! I’m happy and excited to be a part of this special innovation.”

It’s not just Aditi who is happy to be a part of this special innovation done by our Indian fashion industry, we too are equally proud of Vogue India’s team for an unconventional and stunning idea like THIS!
